Elecsys Corporation Appoints Marketing Director

Olathe, Kansas (October 23, 2009) - Elecsys Corporation (NASDAQ:
ESYS), has announced the appointment of Mary Ann Roe as the new Director of
Marketing.
Mary Ann has over 15 years of marketing experience. Prior
to joining Elecsys, Ms. Roe was Director of Marketing for U.S. Door &
Building Components. Her previous experience also includes marketing roles
with Pulte Homes and 3M Company. Mary Ann will be responsible for every aspect
of Elecsys marketing for all brands, as well as corporate communications and
public relations.
Mike Reed, Elecsys’ Executive Vice President of Business
Development commented, "Mary Ann’s background in both tactical and
strategic marketing as well as new product development makes her the ideal
candidate to lead Elecsys marketing into the future.”
Ms. Roe holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing from Missouri State University and an MBA from the University of Leicester, England.
